RESPONSIBILITIES:
Controlling the production orders while taking into account deadlines, profitability and machine utilisation.
Selecting and organising optimum external/internal procurement methods to establish streamlined supplies of parts.
Maintaining master data to guarantee process reliability.
Taking make-or-buy decisions.
Exerting fine control over production, coordinating order backlogs and capacities.
Coordinating project figures with internal customers.
Start-up/discontinuation planning of products (master data maintenance, capacity planning, etc.).
Providing support for strategic capacity planning.
Continuously optimising processes to boost efficiency and make optimum use of resources.
REQUIREMENTS:
Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise durch eine Weiterbildung (z.B. Techniker, Industriefachwirt) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigungssteuerung eines Industrieunternehmens
Kenntnisse in REFA-Methoden oder Lean-Management sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, inklusive Auftragsabwicklung
Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
