TRAINING CONTENT:
- Réaliser la réclamation fournisseur (contact fournisseur, gestion de stock, validation des plans d’actions)
- Contrôler l’entrée marchandise (contrôle de pièces suivant un plan de contrôle, saisie de certificat dans SAP)
- Résolution de problème (utilisation d’outils de résolutions de problèmes (QQOQCP, 5M, 5Pourquoi, 8D), analyse et interprétation de rapports de capabilité)
- Projets d’améliorations (planification de projets, suivi et reporting de l’avancement du projet)

- Esprit critique : remet en cause les informations fournies, factuel, curieux
- Esprit d’équipe : est sociable et aime travailler en groupe tout en étant proactif
- A une démarche bienveillante envers les autres et sait se montrer flexible
- Anglais B1/B2
- L’Allemand est un plus
