Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Train with the maintenance planner and mechanics to become familiar with the basic plant operations for a cheese and whey plant.
- Support the improvement of maintenance workstream involving SAP maintenance enhancements
- Review equipment PM’s and spare parts inventory
- Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Other maintenance and/or engineering duties or projects as assigned.
