Job Description
How would you like to play a key role in advancing graduate medical education at Oklahoma’s only comprehensive academic health system? As the Senior Education Program Coordinator within the Department of Radiological Sciences, you will independently manage the daily operations, compliance activities, and accreditation requirements for our Nuclear Medicine Residency, Interventional Radiology Residency, and Breast Imaging Fellowship programs. This position requires a highly organized professional who can prioritize complex tasks, meet critical deadlines, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure full compliance with ACGME and institutional standards. You will serve as a central resource for residents, fellows, faculty, and leadership—supporting trainees throughout their educational journey and partnering with program directors to keep each program running smoothly. Our department is a warm, close knit, and collaborative team that values initiative, problem solving, and mutual support. If you excel at working independently, enjoy creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in building an organized, welcoming space where learners can thrive, you’ll be at the heart of OU’s mission to shape the future of medical education in Oklahoma.
