🚛 CDL-A Driver — Dedicated Reefer Account | Weekly Home Time
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated route offering consistent miles, steady pay, and reliable home time. This position is ideal for drivers looking for a stable schedule and straightforward freight with minimal physical demand.
📍 Route & Schedule
- Regional routes across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
- Average ~1,700 miles per week
- Home weekly (home daily options may be available depending on location)
- Typically multiple loads and delivery stops per week
- Night driving required
- Freight is a mix of live unload and drop & hook

💰 Pay & Incentives
- $0.70 – $0.80 CPM based on experience
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400 – $1,600
- Estimated annual income: $73,000 – $82,000+
- $17 per stop pay
- Up to 3% performance bonus for safety and on-time deliveries
- Guaranteed weekly pay available
🚛 Equipment
- New, well-maintained fleet
- 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains

✅ Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
