Drivers who want consistent regional miles, straightforward freight, and reliable time at home each week may be a strong fit for this Midwest driving opportunity.
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for established Great Lakes regional lanes with dependable freight demand and newer equipment. This role offers a productive weekly schedule with a balance of highway driving and planned delivery appointments.

🚛 What Drivers Can Expect

Regional runs throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes area

Average weekly mileage around 1,800 miles

Home once per week for scheduled reset time

Freight is preloaded with minimal driver handling

Mix of drop-and-hook moves and scheduled unload stops

Operate 2021 or newer tractors designed for driver comfort

Reliable year-round freight flow
💰 Earnings & Pay Structure

Mileage pay $0.57 – $0.60 per mile depending on experience

Detention pay after 2 hours at $12.50 per hour

Layover / breakdown compensation $100 per day

Performance incentives available up to +3 CPM

✅ Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

At least 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience

Must be 21 years or older

Good safety record preferred
