Contracts Manager

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Contracts Manager to join our amazing culture. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of customer and subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and customer obligations. The Contracts Manager, Lead serves as the primary escalation point for complex negotiations, drives process consistency, and provides direct supervision, coaching, and development for Contract Managers, Contract Specialists, and Contract Administrators.
