Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, with familiarity in Quality Management Systems
  • AS9100 experience is a plus
  • Continuous improvement mindset 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Able to understand and resolve technical problems in work area.
  • Desire to learn and develop technical skills to keep current with changing operations.
  • Comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills, ability to prioritize appropriately.
  • Good communicater, verbally and in writing, with a very diverse population across the site.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to monitor multiple concurrent projects and meet established goals.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
  • A self-starter who is self-motivated and can identify, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
