As a Bojangles Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brand—greeting guests, preparing fresh food to order, and ensuring top-notch service. Your role is crucial in creating a positive, welcoming experience for every customer. We’ll train you to master our menu, maintain safety standards, and process transactions like a pro.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Craft Delicious Food: Prepare our famous chicken, biscuits, and sides with speed and precision.
• Deliver Excellent Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all areas.
• Handle Transactions: Efficiently process cash and credit card payments.
• Stay Adaptable: Tackle multiple orders at once and switch tasks smoothly as needed.
• Support Your Team: Restock supplies, clean workstations, and assist teammates to keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Skills: No experience necessary—just a can-do attitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift (up to 50 pounds occasionally) throughout the shift.

 

Working Conditions:

Be prepared for a fast-paced kitchen environment that includes hot and cold areas, noise from cooking equipment, and the hustle and bustle of a popular restaurant.

Weekend availability is mandatory. This role requires flexibility to work all weekend shifts, including peak business hours.
