AMG Supervisor

We are currently looking for a AMG Supervisor to join our team and contribute to creating safer mobility for everyone.

What will you do?

• Ensure products are manufactured on time and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Actively contribute to cost‑reduction initiatives within the production perimeter.

• Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate daily with the AMC regarding QCDSM deviations.

• Process improvement suggestions and follow up on corrective actions.

• Calculate, display, and monitor performance indicators; lead AMG meetings.

• Allocate and adjust production staff according to manufacturing priorities.

• Ensure the physical and moral integrity of team members.

• Enforce operational standards (work instructions, safety rules, 5S, parameter settings).

• Manage operator polyvalence, multi‑skilling, and training plans.

• Participate in APS workshops and contribute to continuous improvement plans.

• Validate daily attendance and time‑tracking reports.

• Ensure production start‑ups follow Autoliv standards.

What are we looking for?

• Strong sense of collaboration, trust, responsibility, and autonomy.

• Higher Technician Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (production or team management).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Good English Level
