As a vital part of our team, you’ll: 

  • Document scanning, transfers in/out files and physical interfiling, answer and record incoming phone calls for file process requests, loads and unloads pallets of boxes of files from trucks and shelving 

  • Must meet and maintain production and quality goals within a warehouse environment within an underground facility 

  • Handle physical responsibilities, such as filing, re-shelving, document storage, and mailroom operations 

  • Follow specific, detailed procedures to complete repetitive clerical/warehouse tasks 

  • Must meet and maintain production and quality goals 

  • Work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds repetitively 

What You Need to Succeed: 

  • Minimum six (6) months’ experience in file room, document storage, warehouse, production or similar roles 

  • Must be 18 years of age and Valid U.S. citizenship for at least 3 consecutive years 

  • The ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check 

  • Obtain & retain a Government Public Trust Security Authorization (credit check included) 

  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical abilities test 

  • Strong computer skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail 

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED

Currently we are only filling 2nd shift: 3:30PM-12:00AM
