
Senior Product Manager - Technical, Denied Party Screening, AWS Compliance & Security Assurance
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own product roadmap and innovation for our DPS products. You bring technical depth, domain fluency in sanctions screening, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap - use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery
• Drive domain innovation - monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy
• Partner cross-functionally - work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements
• Manage execution - track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality
• Build feedback loops - analyze user data and operational metrics to continuously improve detection accuracy and user experience

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions (technology, procedures, processes, etc.) in a regulated environment
