Patient Values Partner, Xtandi & Padcev, Malaysia

Purpose and Scope

• The Patient Value Partner has the top line responsibility of Xtandi and Padcev Portfolio in Malaysia. Responsible to strategically position Astellas as Partner of Choice for key accounts. PVP directly support the achievement of long-term commercial targets and future potential of overarching initiatives.

 

• Prepare and identify targeted key prescribers Medical Oncologists, key stakeholders and key decision makers for all Key Oncology Centres and Key Hospitals (both Public and Private Segments) to deliver the highest level of scientific acumen - both clinical and technical value, helping the healthcare customer meet their unique patient care needs, while always operating within regulatory guidelines

 

• Understands the healthcare industry and market dynamics, trends, competitors' landscape, regulations, financial schemes and managed health care environment. To bring back insights to the cross-functional team to design/provide value-adding solutions for our customers and patients, to plan, implement and coordinate promotional efforts with key cross-functions to deliver value in communication
