We are looking for a Global Talent and Operations Partner who can take ownership of driving full-cycle international recruitment, seamless onboarding, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
🚀 Your Role in Driving Global Talent Operations:
- Drive full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
- Design and manage a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
- Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
- Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability in global HR operations.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- ✔️ 1-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
- ✔️ Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
- ✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
- ✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
- ✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
- ✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
- ✔️ High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
