You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder leadership, ensuring successful delivery of complex modernization initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of business analysis depth and program management expertise, with responsibility for both defining what needs to be built and ensuring how it is delivered. You will collaborate closely with executives, product teams, architects, and vendors to align priorities and manage large-scale delivery streams. This is a highly visible position where you will navigate regulatory, technical, and organizational complexity while enabling meaningful member-facing digital experiences.
