Job Description
The Computer Information Systems Department at Atlanta Technical College is seeking a full-time instructor who has knowledge, patience and interest to work with a diverse group of students. This position is located on ATC’s (Main/South) Campus, which is just south of (Downtown Atlanta/Hartsfield-Jackson Airport). The duties of the instructor include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Teach courses in Cyber Security and Networking (Vendor specific-Cisco) and prepare daily instructional plans and instructional materials at the modular level as directed by the Dean.
- Evaluate the progress and performance of students and assign grades. Maintain records of student attendance and progress. Refer students to academic and non-academic support services as appropriate.
- Assist in student recruiting, advising and graduate placement.
