Develop and update schedules for all project phases: engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning Plan, organize and monitor projects using tools like Primavera P6 and Prism G2 Analyze the critical path, risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for the project or study manager Generate progress reports and produce performance indicators Update schedules, both weekly and monthly Prepare reports and maintain ties with project management to plan activities and project scheduling Maintain all planning and progress reports Propose solutions to the project manager to correct identified gaps and adhere to schedules Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects
