Join Our Team as a Part-Time Endodontist!

We’re excited to invite a passionate and skilled Endodontist to join our dynamic team of experienced practitioners on a part-time basis. What You'll Do
Flexible Work Schedule
- Industry Leading Compensation Package
- Path to Partnership, if desired
- Work 3-4 days a month (with flexibility on which day of the week)
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
- Evaluate patient symptoms using clinical examinations, radiographs, and advanced imaging techniques
- Develop customized treatment plans to address pulp and root-related issues
Patient Management and Education
- Discuss treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions with clarity and compassion
- Provide expert guidance on pain management and preventive care to help patients maintain long-term oral health
Clinical Operations
- Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment histories
- Ensure a sterile, safe, and welcoming environment
Continuing Education and Collaboration
- Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and technologies
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to offer comprehensive, high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background & Licensure
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in endodontics
- Active license (or the ability to obtain one)
- A commitment to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient care
Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex procedures in an understandable way
- Compassion and empathy to effectively manage patient anxiety and ensure a positive experience
