Role accountabilities:
- Detail oriented with knowledge of relevant national standards and codes of practice.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
- Advanced data gathering, technical writing and analysis skills.
- Developing skills including technical, project management, relationship management, sector expertise and commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, time management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering AND PE Certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or other design software.
- Experience with stormwater management calculations and green infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with computer programming tools like SQL, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, particularly using SWMM and/or ICM along with proficiency in GIS

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
