Job Title: People Solutions Center Operations and Benefits Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid, 4 days a week from office)

Job Description:

As a People Solutions Center Operations and Benefits Specialist, you will manage employee inquiries, maintain accurate HR records, and prepare employment-related documentation in Workday and local systems. You will ensure timely, high-quality HR service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence, while leveraging HR data to provide insights on the workforce metrics, HR activities, efficiency and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support on HR processes, contracts, and lifecycle topics
  • Manage and resolve complex queries while routing specialized cases to appropriate teams when needed
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, addendums, and HR documentation in line with legal and internal policy requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Support HR data audits, reporting activities, and continuous improvement of procedures and work instructions
  • Administer and execute employee benefits programs, including health and retirement offerings
  • Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and reporting capabilities through active participation in HR initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Workday and HR case management systems, with strong understanding of HR data and document workflows
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
