What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of production activities and workflows
- Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and project timeline management
- Coordinating communication between internal teams, freelancers, and external suppliers
- Tracking project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining production documentation, reports, and project trackers
- Supporting travel, accreditation, and operational requirements when required
- Assisting with matchday and event production logistics
- Ensuring production processes are followed, documented, and continuously improved
What You'll Bring:
- A degree or relevant studies in Media, Communications, Production, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
