This senior client-facing role drives consulting and market research initiatives that enhance organizational performance and inform executive decision-making. It involves leading the development and execution of complex research programs, integrating diverse data sources to deliver actionable insights using advanced analytical and behavioral science frameworks. Professionals at this level shape methodologies, improve processes, and collaborate with executive leadership to implement innovative solutions across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains. Employees aligned to this role have sell and deliver responsibilities, with a primary focus on selling.
Essential Functions
- Acts as the project lead/owner for multiple large and complex projects within a certain industry, geography or technical specialty and is responsible for the talent development and performance of project teams.
- Responsible for managing the relationship for various clients within an industry or technical specialty and has frequent direct contact with client senior level managers and executives.
- Contributes to the growth of the business in the area of specialty and is responsible for meeting delegated revenue targets via leading the opportunity identification phase and managing the proposal development and presentation delivery for new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consulting and/or market research in MedTech industry, with the ability to independently lead the design and execution of complex projects and deliver actionable business insights.
- Strong client management skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
- Solid business development capabilities, including identifying opportunities, leading proposal development, and delivering compelling client presentations.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execute complex initiatives.
