Sr Application Engineer

About this Position Support AEI T D KAMs. Collaborate with commercial team to align AE activities with business strategy. Ensure that all prioritized ACE projects which require AE obtain best in class support. What you´ll do Drive T D, ACE project, ensure sufficient and powerful technical support for T D customers, continually improve project success rate. Drive T D innovation/ADP project, develop best-in-class lab testing and application capability, leverage capability and know-how from other regions, other SBUs and suppliers. Provides high level support for T D KAs with innovation, solution delivery, value quantification, visit top T D customers and join public seminars, collect latest customer and market requirement, support Marketing and BDM to develop Henkel strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with regional and global T D AE and PD, leverage best practice cross regions, deep-dive major challenges in solar technology development. Collaborate with key stakeholders, Sales, PD, BDM, Market etc. Live up to Henkel leadership commitment, develop a high performance AE team in China.
