Job Description

  1. Advising systematic know-how of procedures, operations, and work instructions
  2. Checking systems and equipment for substandard performance or malfunctioning
  3. Fixing systems and equipment problems
  4. Setting up of Peripherals (i.e Laptop/Desktop/Printers), as per the compliance and policy.
  5. Good knowledge of backup software like Synology
  6. Good knowledge about Office 365
  7. Checking Wi-Fi performance and Monitoring Cisco Cloud Miraki-based Access Points
  8. Good Knowledge ins Active Directory Management, DNS & DHCP
  9. Identifying performance problems and malfunctions
  10. Maintaining hardware and corresponding documentation of fixes, notes, and recommendations
  11. Managing routine preventive procedures; maintaining and monitoring network security
  12. Analyzing and resolving faults
  13. Monitoring network environments and proactively maintain infrastructure to prevent failures
  14. Updating process, procedure, and other documentation
  15. Log and follow-up issues with Vendors
  16. Perform health system checks on areas of responsibility
  17. Mapping client's requirements and liaise with Group IT
  18. Designing, deploying, maintaining, and improving IT service delivery processes within the corporate guidelines to ensure efficient IT-dependent business operations and achieving corporate objectives
  19. Ensured adherence to the SLA within the network
  20. Responsible for monitoring and tracking IT assets
  • Deep System and Storage management understanding.
  • Network Management understanding.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and its applications.
  • Work with reports, root cause analysis.
  • Maintain documentation
  • Vendor negotiation
  • Maintain system and storage.
  • Maintain and ensure network operations.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs.
  • Work with vendors for solution and their support.
  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Languages/Technologies: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, JQuery, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PLSQL. Additional: Angular 7, VueJS, AngularJS. Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring 4(MVC, ORM, AOP, SECURITY, Batch), Struts 2, Hibernate 3+. Database: Oracle 19c. Web Services: RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS), SOAP, JSON. Build Tool: Maven. Version Control : Bit Bucket. Development Tools: Eclipse STS, Jira, Tibco Jasper Report. Application Server: WebLogic Application server, Apache Tomcat Testing: Junit.
