Varsity Coach Boy's Lacrosse (March 2027)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Demonstrate a proficiency in the sport.
- Possess sound moral character.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the relationship of the program to the athlete, the total athletic program, and the total school program.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement organized daily practice plans
- Suggests adaptations and modifications to coaching techniques, strategies and game plans.
- Promotes and maintains positive public relations with parents and the community.
- Helps to provide an atmosphere conducive to good sportsmanship and player conduct.
- Supports in preparation for each game in strategy and player motivation.
- Complies with all DIAA and school district policies
- Communicates of pre, post, and in-season information to players, parents, and school officials.
- Maintains an inventory of all equipment and uniforms.
- Monitors and evaluates the academic performance of all athletes.
- Assists in recommending the purchase of equipment, supplies, and uniforms.
- Oversees the safety of the facility or area in which the assigned sport is conducted.
- Performs other duties as assigned that relate to this position.
Salary and Benefits: Salary based on the FSMA salary schedule
