Our client is a UK-based global technology company that’s expanding its Core UI Development Team in Tirana and they’re now looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with solid native JavaScript experience.
This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact front-end projects that shape the user experience of enterprise-scale software products used across international markets. The successful Front End Developer will work closely with product and engineering teams in Tirana and London, delivering reusable, scalable user interfaces built entirely with native JavaScript and modern web standards.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will take ownership of UI design and implementation, ensuring responsive layouts and exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, optimise performance, and maintain high standards of code quality through ongoing testing and refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining modern, responsive interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Bringing UI/UX concepts to life in collaboration with designers with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate UI components with server-side logic.
- Contributing to discussions around architecture, performance, and coding best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and accessible code following best practices.
- Contribute to weekly release cycles through structured Agile and Kanban workflows.
- Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with strong experience with native JavaScript - not just frameworks.
- Solid experience of semantic HTML, modern CSS layouts (Flexbox, Grid), and accessibility fundamentals.
- Experience with Web Components using Shadow DOM.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with Node.js for developer tooling is a plus.
- Basic experience with SQL integration and testing frameworks.
- Proven background in SaaS or product-driven environments.
- At least intermediate proficiency in English.

Salary Range: ALL 320,000 - 350,000 (depending on experience)
