In this Cleaning Supervisor role, you will lead your team to success by overseeing daily cleaning operations at our Highland Avenue site. As a Custodial Lead, you’ll ensure quality standards are met while supporting and motivating your crew to provide a clean, safe environment. What You Bring To The Team Experience: You have a solid background in janitorial work or leading a team. Physicality: You can comfortably lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout your shift. Reliability: You have a valid driver’s license (clean MVR) and are ready to pass a drug screen and background check. Leadership: You love helping others grow and take pride in a job well done!
