Job Title: Timesheet Manager

Job Summary:
The Timesheet Manager will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of timesheet operations across multiple clients and geographies, ensuring accurate and timely time capture to support payroll, billing, and compliance. The role requires strong understanding of US staffing timesheet processes, VMS systems, and statutory overtime rules, with the ability to manage exceptions and escalations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end timesheet processing for consultants across US and Canada staffing engagements.
Ensure timely collection, validation, and approval of timesheets in line with payroll and billing cycles.
Interpret and apply US and Canada Overtime (OT) and Double Time (DT) rules accurately.
Work with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, etc.) and internal ATS/ERP systems to resolve timesheet discrepancies.
Coordinate with payroll, billing, recruiters, and account teams to address missing or incorrect timesheets.
Monitor timesheet compliance, track ageing, and manage escalations with clients and consultants.
Support audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation related to time reporting.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in timesheet accuracy and turnaround time.
Required Skills & Experience:
6–7 years of hands-on experience managing timesheets in a US staffing company.
Strong knowledge of US and Canada timesheet practices, including OT and DT calculations.
Proven experience working with VMS systems and internal ATS/ERP platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict payroll and billing deadlines.
Preferred / Added Advantage:
Experience supporting Singapore and/or Philippines payroll or ATS systems.
Exposure to multi-country staffing operations and offshore delivery models.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ownership mindset with ability to handle escalations calmly.
Process-driven with a continuous improvement orientation.
