Job Description
Position Summary:
Acts as brand ambassador with constant frontline interactions with clients, both internal and external. Responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and live chat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a brand ambassador.
Respond to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries from clients and retailers.
Keep up-to-date on new information or changes that have been issued to the product line or within the company.
Identify trends related to all aspects of service. Recommend suggestions for a solution.
Complete cancellation or change paperwork as needed with accuracy.
Share knowledge of warranties and terms of sale.
Resolve client complaints while maintaining composure in difficult situations.
Coordinate after delivery service issues as needed.
Review confirmation emails to ensure clients are obtaining correct and relevant information.
Perform other assigned projects and related tasks within department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
Demonstrates a customer-first attitude; highly motivated to achieve customer satisfaction.
Excellent listening skills, written and verbal communications skills. Flexible, dependable and conscientious.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, organization skills and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, call center environment.
Demonstrated PC skills and multi-task oriented.
