This is a hybrid role based in Sofia.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator at euNetworks, you will be supporting the needs of the world’s biggest profile brands, you will be a critical player in our customer facing teams supporting the growth of our business. You will seek to deliver the highest levels of customer experience, working alongside the European wide sales teams.
As part of the sales division, you will serve as the central point of contact for all customer related queries from quotes through to contract signature, supporting Account Directors and other stakeholders in the customer lifecycle. You will be working collaboratively across all business functions to deliver proposals, resolve customer issues, remove obstacles and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You may be an experienced customer support person or this is also a great opportunity for a recent University graduate with some customer service experience in an office environment. You will be provided with a full training programme and support from highly experienced, industry specialists both locally and from the international offices. There are a number of career development opportunities to work towards within the Commercial Management team and the wider organisation.
What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of incoming queries from customers and internal teams, escalating and managing to resolution.
- Pro-actively engage and communicate with customers throughout all stages including sales closure and problem resolution.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: renewals, modifications and terminations.
- Collaborate with Order and contract management teams providing support where needed.
- Produce accurate quotes in support of the customer account plan.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any customer service, delivery or billing blockages.
- Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities, contacts, contract records, quoting history.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by sales management.
- Provide cover for colleagues in Sales Support or related roles when required
What do we want from you?
Experience & Competencies
- Experience in sales support, contract/order management or customer service.
- Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in changing environments; resilient with a proactive mindset.
- Stakeholder management: ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional, often virtual teams
- High attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to engage with customers and colleagues to foresee opportunities and threats.
- Display confidence to take ownership of customer specific issues and work collaboratively to gain support and resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in German or French & English, oral and written, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with good Excel is essential
- Exceptional, pro-active customer focus and ability to consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic communicator.
- Excellent organisational skills; ability to prioritise work to maximise impact for both customers and euNetworks.
- Ownership mentality: you understand expectations, track progress, escalate when needed and ensure outcomes are delivered.
- Meet expectations: make commitments – deliver on them.
- Cultural awareness: able to operate in a pan-European organisation, understand different customer and internal stakeholder contexts, adapt communication appropriately.
