| SUMMARY: |
| Plans, directs and supports activities related to customer warranty issues resulting in reduced costs and improved customer satisfaction. |
| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |

| EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: |
Four year technical degree level of knowledge with a minimum of 2 years automotive quality experience or two year engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years automotive quality experience. Previous experience with automotive warranty issue resolution is highly desirable. |
