About the Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Concierge team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full Time Concierge, you’ll ensure service excellence by responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a high level of detail, and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances high service volume with a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with guests' pre-arrival and during their stay to understand preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Respond to a wide range of guest requests, adding personal touches to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons’ standards.
  • Send and follow up on pre-arrival emails.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and inquiries regarding hotel services, events, hours of operation, and directions.
  • Engage with guests in person and over the phone in accordance with Four Seasons’ service standards.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Whistler activities and attractions, and coordinate ticketing, reservations, and information for guests.

What You Bring

  • Preferred background in luxury hotel Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Services and experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
  • Essential ability to quickly and positively establish rapport.
  • Knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and orally.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid work authorization for Canada

What to Expect

  • A customer facing position that will require you to be a subject matter expert of customer experiences and have a strong attention to detail
  • A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
