Job Description

Field Service Engineer (FSE) is the role dedicated to the installation, testing, training and repair of automation machines and systems. Both hardware and software oriented. In addition, if you are suitable for this, you provide machine and software training at the customer. As a Field Service Engineer, you ensure, together with the BLM Benelux team, that our machines perform at their best. Your goal is to create optimal customer satisfaction by realizing high quality and productivity in your work. Responsibilities Contribute to the maintenance of a high level quality of the BLM GROUP products installed at the customer; Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Technical Assistance Service; Contribute to improving the quality of the service provided to the customer. Activities Carrying out post-sales technical assistance activities, dedicating itself to: installations and tests at customers' premises (Benelux); ü repairs and preventive maintenance; ü troubleshooting and extraordinary maintenance; Carrying out training activities - on site and at customer sites (+ Italy) - on the use and maintenance of BLM Group products (SW and machines); Optimal management of spare parts, in order to improve interventions at customer sites, in dialogue with the headquarters; Maintenance of a high level efficiency of the BLM Group products installed at the customer; Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency levels of the Technical Assistance Service with a view to continuous improvement of the service provided to the customer.
