(BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED)The Director plays a key leadership role in the profitable development and delivery of their designated Business Unit (BU). The individual is responsible for the development of a future vision for their allocated BU for the next five years. Optimizes results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions. Participates in early development of strategy through the implementation and execution phases. Typically requires an undergraduate degree in a related technical field and at least 15 years’ experience.
