About the Role
We are seeking to hire an on-site (full-time) Certified Prosthetist Orthotist for an incredible opportunity to grow and expand your career in our clinic. This clinic has a talented team that focuses on the highest level of patient care. In this role, the candidate will work alongside other practitioners in creating quality prosthetic and orthotic devices. A systematic approach will be used to transition the candidate through various competencies with increasing levels of amputations and other responsibilities. We have an onsite fully operational fabrication facility. A ForMotion clinician that operates with increasing independence, manages moderate-complexity cases, and begins contributing to team mentorship and operational initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Independently conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
Lead treatment planning for moderate-complexity cases
Collaborate with fabrication team on custom designs
Execute precise fittings and iterative adjustments
Document clinical activity accurately in Nymbl.
Provide detailed patient education on device use
Maintain rigorous documentation practices
Support peers with clinical insight and training
Engage in referral development and local outreach

Patient satisfaction score above 90%
90% of clinical documentation is completed within 48hrs.

Who You Are
Master’s degree in P&O (or grandfathered Bachelor’s)
ABC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
3–5 years of clinical experience
Must be available during clinic operating hours and able to uphold policies with professionalism and fairness.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,414 - $127,507.48 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
