Fall Protection Strategic Sourcing

Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for fall protection products and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and safety requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fall protection equipment and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, EHS, and operations teams to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Support new product introductions and supplier transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience sourcing safety equipment or industrial products preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and sourcing tools.
