Develop and implement strategies to acquire new SME accounts while strategically growing existing accounts to meet the growth targets set by management.
Achieve targets/KPIs primarily for Non-Individual Deposits, followed by Individual Deposits (CASATIA & Non-CASATIA).
Conduct competitive analysis on offerings and services, providing management with insights into market trends and best practices.
Formulate and execute a comprehensive business plan for Deposit Business, including acquiring new SME accounts and expanding the existing client base.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports to the State Deposit Manager (SDM) and HQ Sales Team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and top management at client organizations, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Monitor the performance of SME products and assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, including promotional programs and campaigns.
Provide support to branches in addressing queries related to the SME deposit business, ensuring seamless operations.
Address customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on maintaining strong relationships, prioritizing SME relationship management.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and all relevant external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Document meeting outcomes and action items by preparing detailed activity reports (call reports) after every customer interaction.
Undertake any other duties or assignments as directed by superiors to meet evolving business needs.
