🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in the showroom
• Guide new and returning riders through their buying journey with confidence
• Stay on top of all product knowledge through OEM training & certifications
• Log every lead and customer interaction in our CRM
• Support the showroom team with inventory movement and merchandising
• Work closely with the sales team and managers to crush monthly goals

Qualifications

• 🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in powersports or related sales
• Obtain a valid California Vehicle Sales License (required prior to start date)
• Goal-driven, coachable, and passionate about customer satisfaction
• Strong communicator and team player with a can-do attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
