Motorcycle Technician

We are currently hiring for ALL TECH POSITIONS

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

(The following duties for the position listed shall include but not be limited to)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct scheduled services such as oil changes, tire replacements, and tune-ups.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets Harley-Davidson’s safety and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in motorcycle repair preferred.
• Proven experience as a motorcycle technician, preferably with Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; motorcycle license preferred.
