Order or assist in ordering project materials and equipment that maximizes efficiency and maintains the project schedule
Coordinate and direct tradesperson as required to complete the drywall scope of work. Review project schedule and adjust tradespersons as required to maintain project schedule and maximize productivity
Manage tradesperson productivity, managing labor productivities and hours established in the estimate
Coordinate and communicate with General Trades Managers and clients
Manage project reporting requirements as required per the client requirements
Identify and track extra work. Submit time and material tickets to the client on a timely basis.
Assist the General Trades Manager with Productivity Tracking
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other contractors
Skilled in the use of standard tools and equipment for the trades
