The Jacqueline Howard Agency- an independent, Brightway-affiliated agency- is hiring on behalf of Brightway corporation for a Licensed Commercial Insurance Producer. Must be based in Florida. We're seeking a motivated individual to help clients protect their futures.
What You�ll Do
- Prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline of commercial clients
- Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions
- Attend networking events to grow your book
- Evaluate client exposures, recommend coverages, and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Consistently hit sales targets
What We�re Looking For
- Must be based in FL.
- Proven track record in commercial insurance sales (3+ years required).
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Ability to manage your own workflow, prioritize leads, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
