Job Description
- Operate heavy vehicles such as assigned.
- Transport goods/materials safely to project sites, warehouses, or client locations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain logbooks, delivery records, and trip reports accurately.
- Load and unload cargo when required, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely delivery while following approved routes and schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
- Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures on site and on road.
- Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a heavy vehicle driver (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas, and site operations.
- Ability to handle long hours and physically demanding work.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require.
