Job Description
Local CDL-A Driver Position | Daily Home Time | Consistent Freight
Weekly Compensation
- Average weekly earnings: $1,700 – $1,825
- Additional performance-based bonuses available
- Sign-on bonus available (details provided during hiring process)
- Earnings vary based on experience, routes, and availability
Getting Started
- Orientation completed online
- Simplified onboarding to get drivers started quickly
Position Summary
- Local routes with same-day return
- Home daily
- Multiple scheduling options available
- Two days off per week based on business needs and driver availability
- Day and night driving opportunities
- Typical shift length: 10–11 hours
- Holiday work may be required depending on operational needs
Freight & Equipment
- No-touch freight
- Mix of drop and hook and live unload handled by customer
- Refrigerated (reefer) and dry van freight options
- Assigned equipment that is maintained regularly
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license required
- At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including road test and drug screen
- Must meet company safety standards
