Description
Joining our Guest Services department means being part of a team dedicated to creating unforgettable memories and delivering service that goes the extra mile. We’re looking for someone with a natural spark and a "get stuck in" attitude to bring high energy to the resort’s entrance, ensuring every holiday starts with a "wow" moment.
This part time role offers a schedule of 16 hours per week with a mixture of early and late shifts, typically falling between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM depending on business needs.
Because these are our peak arrival days, flexibility is essential, and you must be available to work until 10:00 PM on Fridays to help us kick off our guests' weekends in style!
Please note: This role does not come with the option of accommodation.

- Resort Expert: Act as a go-to guide, providing clear directions and helpful tips to help guests navigate the resort.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Guest Services team to keep arrival areas running like clockwork.
- High Standards: Maintain a professional and engaging presence, consistently striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Dynamic Support: Stay flexible and proactive, jumping in wherever needed to keep the guest experience seamless.
