Job Description

• Preparation of machinery information/reports such as machine expenditures (running costs/operating costs schedule), budget (CAPEX), machinery/equipment inventory, site visit reports, guidelines on agricultural mechanization activities and technical matters relating to machinery or agricultural equipment then presented to the Head of Mechanization Unit before making further action.
• To ensure compliance to the Company’s Mechanisation SOP in all of FGVPM estates with Estate Mechanisation activities
• To analyse the operation costs and work productivity of FGVPM estates that runs mechanization activities.
• Provide supervision, training and coaching to FGVPM estates about agriculture machinery and equipment.
• To extend periodical trainings to machine operators directly involved in the Estate Mechanisation
• Support and facilitate the setup of estates workshops.
