Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Internet Sales Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming internet leads, responding to customer inquiries, and helping guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to dealership visit.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries

Engage with potential customers via email, phone, and text

Schedule appointments for the sales team

Follow up consistently with leads to drive showroom traffic

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:

Previous BDC or internet sales experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Basic computer and CRM skills
