Position Overview
As an In-House Sales Representative, you will meet directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to review their ownership benefits and present opportunities to enhance and upgrade their vacation experience. You�ll work in a high-energy environment supported by:
- Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
- Experienced team managers to assist with closing
- A proven sales system built for strong conversions and high earnings
This is an excellent role for individuals who excel in relationship-building and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person upgrade presentations with current Capital Vacations owners
- Build rapport, identify owner needs, and present tailored solutions
- Guide owners through the sales process and close upgrades
- Maintain accurate CRM and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications
- Previous timeshare sales experience required to be considered
- Active timeshare license preferred
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Tenacious, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Must work onsite/in person at The Lodges � Pigeon Forge, TN
