Job Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Pool Supervisors are responsible for the operation and staffing of area pools.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Responsible for the operation and staffing of area pools
- Ensure that rules and regulations are followed at each facility
- Liaison between the communities, pool team members and the Aquatics Division
- Responsible for completing weekly inspections at each facility and reporting the result to the community and the Aquatics Division
- Monitor opening and closing of the pools
- Maintain staffing schedules within the approved budget hours
- Ensure that the Property Manager is advised of all team member issues/concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
- Contribute to team/company engagement efforts
