Aligned with the GREEN'26 Cement strategy, Fuller Technologies is set to have a dedicated Cement business entity, equipped to inject green-tech initiatives into the dynamic global cement market. This Cement business will feature its own dedicated Cement IT function, which is currently in the process of being developed.

We are seeking a highly skilled functional consultant specialized in Oracle eBusiness Suite Manufacturing to join our team. This role will play a critical part in our digital transformation journey, ensuring that our manufacturing systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
About the job
The functional consultant - Manufacturing is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions within the Oracle ecosystem to support the manufacturing operations. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing functional design, and ensuring the successful deployment of the solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle e-Business suite, strong technical and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle eBS and other solutions supporting our manufacturing operations.
- Ensure the integration of the Manufacturing system with other systems and technologies used within the organization.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation process.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of the modules to adhere to best practices and also meet our manufacturing business needs.
- Manage the development of custom features and integrations as required.
- Conduct system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and resolve any issues or bugs discovered during testing phases.
- Support developing training materials and conduct training sessions where needed.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for our manufacturing solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the platform and ensure their effective utilization.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and optimization of solutions towards the manufacturing operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP solutions and manufacturing technologies.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience 8-12 years in implementing and managing Oracle Mfg, MES and Warehousing solutions, with a focus on discrete manufacturing. minimum 4-5 years in Oracle EBS
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and integration.
- Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of D365 Finance and Operations will be an added advantage
