Pathfinder Application Engineer

As the application engineer, you will apply sound engineering practices and make recommendations as to the appropriate application / installation of the engine product to ensure maximum performance and optimum service life. In conjunction with the sales team, you will collaborate with Perkins Engine Co. in the creation of cost estimates, component compatibility analyses and the production of bills of material (BOMs) and installation drawings in support of the selling efforts. You designs / drafts customer-equipment-interface electrical schematics and mechanical installation into engine envelope as well as connection points for fuel / cooling systems and powertrain components.
